This was our second time building a home and we know it can definitely be stressful. From the planning stage through completion Seargeant Picard took what could have been an otherwise overwhelming project and guided us through the process resulting in a home better than we could have ever imagined. All the detail from carpentry, tile work, small finishings, to the landscaping really pulled things together and we feel the end result is a unique and gorgeous home. Brian worked very hard to make sure our house was exactly what we wanted and through the process we have gained some great friendships. Valerie and I chose Seargeant Picard builders with confidence after comparing with other contractors, meeting with Brian, and visiting with other happy customers. We were looking for real quality workmanship and cost effectiveness. We know many in the construction industry in Thunder Bay and received good feedback about Seargeant Picard from them as well.
We had a very short timeline to have our house built as we had sold our house. The Seargeant Picard guys delivered on the promise to move quickly and efficiently. We can't say enough about the positive experiences from the employees of Seargeant Picard as well as the sub trades that Brian brought our way. They were all very professional and great to work with. Our house was a unique design, as we tried to incorporate the views of Lake Superior as well the surrounding natural forest. With help from Brian, Neil and Wade, they suggested some very positive changes to the design layout during construction. This greatly improved the layout and flexibility of our design and we are very happy for their input. We also had very creative suggestions from the sub trades that gave our design more of a wow factor. As well, there has been very good follow up after the build, when we had any minor concerns.
Our house was delivered on time, within budget and with the quality we expected when we signed with Seargeant Picard, you can't expect anymore than that.
